Policy on Returns and Exchanges


AllThingsEcoWise operates as a marketplace platform. 

All purchases are made directly from individual vendors 
listed on our site.

For returns or refunds, please contact the vendor 
directly — their contact details are on your email 
invoice and on their vendor page on our site.

Returns are handled in accordance with Australian 
Consumer Law. Most vendors accept returns within 
30 days for change of mind, and all vendors must 
accept returns for faulty or incorrectly described 
products under ACL.
